From prenatal and postnatal yoga, supporting and nurturing mothers on their transformative journey, to specialized classes for babies and children, introducing the joy of yoga through playful movements, stories, and games, we are dedicated to providing yoga for practitioners of all ages.
We also offer senior yoga, where we honor the unique needs and abilities of mature practitioners. Through modified poses, breathwork, and meditation, we create a supportive environment that promotes physical vitality, flexibility, and mental well-being.
In my classes, you can expect challenging, focused, and deeply relaxing sessions. Each class is personalized and combines deep stretches, faster-paced flows, and slow, repetitive movements. I approach yoga holistically, integrating components such as breathing techniques, meditation, flows, and deep stretching into a comprehensive and transformative experience
