I’m Nigeen, the founder of Calm On Yoga, a holistic healing community. With over 17 years of experience as a self-taught certified yoga instructor, I have dedicated my life to helping people thrive physically, mentally, and emotionally through holistic practices.
Everyone deserves access to holistic healing, regardless of their budget. That's why Calm On Yoga offers a range of classes suitable for people of all ages and levels, from babies to adults. My practice offers a variety of yoga styles, including power vinyasa yoga and Ashtanga yoga, with a focus on proper alignment and mind-body awareness.
To further support the body and mind connection, our healing services balancing and unblocking the seven chakras, from Tibetan sound healing with singing crystal bowls to traditional reiki.
Hands down, the most rewarding aspects of my work as a yoga and holistic practitioner is learning about the transformative effects that these practices have on people's lives. When I hear from my students about the changes they've experienced - whether it's reducing stress levels, improving flexibility, or finding inner peace – my motivation to share my passion simply grows!
